Community of Latin American and Carribean States to take over from Rio Group

The Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños / Comunidade de Estados Latino-Americanos e Caribenhos was founded on 23 February 2010, at the Rio Group - Caribbean Community Unity Summit held in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
