New President of CONICYT Chile

Yesterday, the President of Chile, Sebastiän Piñera, appointed José Miguel Aguilera president of CONICYT (Comisión nacional de Investigación científica y tecnológica). Don José is a chemical engineer and holds a doctorate in food technology. He is professor at the Department for Chemical Engineering and Bioprocesses of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
