The Pro-Ideal project published four Country Reports on the status of ICT policy development in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay to summarize the situation in each country, including the status of public policies for industry development and the strategies at corporate and business association level.
The reports intend to contribute to the dialogue and cooperation in ICT R&D between the European Union and Latin America through the dissemination of the national policies and priorities. The documents analyse each countries national policies and strategies for ICT industry development, the strategies at corporate or business associations level for ICT industry development, the legal framework and other public documents relevant to national ICT policies, the public and private institutional structure for the development of ICT, the ICT priorities for R&D, etc.
